Well, sigh . We had to change our plans again because the entire country of Italy is now shut down until April 3. It’s surreal. Like something Antoni Gaudi might have dreamed up. And we spent today exploring two of his most famous creations: Park Guell and Sagrada Familia . Park Guell started as a private housing project and ended as a public park. The park within the park was designed with beautiful ornate mosaic benches . Even some of them seemed to be chiding our luck . We needed a lucky charm . We went to Sagrada Familia Cathedral in hopes of a miracle, and it was a miracle of creation . Now if we could just get Jesus to parasail down and cure the sick.
Park Guell is beautiful! Thanks for the pictures
Glad you enjoyed them. There’s plenty more where they came from. I may be able to post an album after I process them all and when we stop moving so much.
Great photos!. Enjoy the slow pace
